Adam Strecker

CEO AND FOUNDING PARTNER
BUCK & RIDER AND INGO’S TASTY FOOD;
FOUNDER OF HI NOON HOSPITALITY

Adam Strecker's love for fishing is not just a hobby; it's a passion that has shaped his life and career. Born and raised in New Orleans, he spent most weekends crabbing and fishing with family in Lake Pontchartrain near the Seabrook bridge. This activity became a source of relaxation, and since then, Adam has fished around the world, from the Gulf waters of South Florida and New Orleans to the Caribbean Sea surrounding Turks and Caicos and the coast of Belize to as far away as Cabo San Lucas and Bora Bora situated in the Pacific Ocean.

Adam joined the military to pay for college and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality from the University of New Orleans in 1995. Growing up with a dad who owned a bar & restaurant, Adam learned as a kid that he enjoyed cooking. Following graduation, he sought out a hospitality company where he could expand his career and worked with the Hillstone Restaurant Group for ten years. During that time, he oversaw the opening of restaurants in various locations nationwide, including Houston’s Restaurants and Nashville-based Bricktop’s restaurants in Naples, FL and Nashville. He rose to the position of General Manager while working at Hillstone.

With years of experience to support him, Adam began with LGO Hospitality (La Grande Orange) in 2007, a company with restaurants in Phoenix and Los Angeles. During his 15 years with the company, Adam served as Partner, COO, and President. While with LGO Hospitality, Adam co-founded Buck & Rider and Ingo’s Tasty Food concepts. He is the CEO of both companies and the founder of the restaurant management company Hi Noon Hospitality.

Buck & Rider serves thoughtfully sourced seafood flown in fresh daily from around the world. Adam takes pride in emphasizing quality, standards, and commitment to sourcing the best food, beverages, and architecture. Ingo’s Tasty Food is a casual concept serving signature made in-house from scratch menu items with locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale. It is known for its cozy, fun, and whimsical community vibe and all-day menu. Adam is a passionate mentor, focused on growing his team, creating opportunities, and developing empowering leadership within the company.

Today, Adam’s favorite type of fishing is flats fishing for bonefish and permit, typically in the Florida Keys and Turks and Caicos. Still, he always makes time to visit family in the New Orleans area and goes fishing on the lake with his four teenage children.
