Born in the West Virginia and raised in Pennsylvania, Brian’s journey is about passion, perseverance, and striving for excellence. His career has taken him across California, New York, Texas, and now Phoenix. A devoted Philly fan, Brian's passion for the Eagles is matched only by his love for hunting, cycling, and his newfound appreciation for the tranquility of yoga.
Brian's professional career started with the renowned Hillstone Restaurant Group. Over a transformative 13-year tenure, his commitment to excellence enabled him to master the art of hospitality, establishing himself as a distinguished figure in the restaurant industry. As executive chef he played a pivotal role in opening well-known concepts like East Hampton Grill, R+D Kitchen in Yountville, White House Tavern, and Honor Bars in Montecito, Dallas, and Palm Beach.
Driven by a keen eye for detail, Brian moved to MML Hospitality in Austin, Texas, as Vice President of Operations. There, he helped launch seven innovative restaurant concepts and successfully acquired a catering and commercial bakery business.
Currently, Brian is the Chief Operating Officer at Hi Noon Hospitality, overseeing Buck & Rider and Ingo's Tasty Food. His leadership style focuses on operational excellence, strategic planning, and a dedication to quality.
