Emily has always had a love for the restaurant industry, sparked by her early days at her parents' restaurants. It was there she discovered the magic of cooking and hospitality, igniting a passion that led to a career spanning over 15 years.

She kicked off her journey at Hillstone Company, where Emily immersed herself in every facet of restaurant operations, from customer service to management, perfecting her craft from the ground up. Over the course of five years, she honed her skills, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the bustling world of dining.

Her drive for excellence brought her to LGO Hospitality, where she spent a decade growing and leading. Starting as a manager, she quickly showed her innate ability to lead, eventually rising to Regional Vice President. Emily oversaw multiple renowned locations, including The Misfit in Santa Monica and La Grande Orange and The Luggage Room in Pasadena, each showcasing her dedication to quality and memorable dining experiences.

Beyond operations, Emily co-founded a San Francisco-based interior design firm focusing on restaurant design. Her travels around the world influence her creative approach, blending cultural touches into her projects to create spaces filled with warmth and elegance.

Having worked in nearly every role imaginable in a restaurant, Emily combines her profound understanding of the industry with a passion for innovation and design. Her career is a testament to her dedication and her distinctive ability to elevate any dining experience into an art form.
